Cheesy Vegetable Sandwiches

Ingredients

32 gr low-fat cottage cheese
1 carrot
45 gr mushrooms
1/2 alfalfa sprouts
26 gr celery
30 gr radishes
1 green onion
1 gr basil
4 slices wheat bread

Instructions

Process American Cheese Combine Cottage Cheese, Carrot, Mushrooms, Sprouts, Celery, Radishes, Green Onion & Basil in A Medium Bowl. Spoon half C. Cottage Cheesemixture Onto Each Toast Slice, Spreading Gently To Cover. Cut Each Cheese Slice Into 4 Triangles; Arrange Over Cottage Cheese Mixture. Broil 4 To 15 cm From Heat OR Until Cheese Melts.
