Cherry Cheese

Ingredients

2 packages pitted tart cherries
16 size
200 gr sugar
8 gr cornstarch
1/4 liquid from cherrie
5 ml lemon juice
1 gr almond extract
230 ml size cream cheese
2 eggs
2 gr vanilla
50 gr liquid

Instructions

eggs and vanilla in bowl. Beat with electric mixer until well blended. Spoon over hot cherry filling. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving.
