Cherry Cherry Cookies

Ingredients

220 gr brown sugar
170 gr butter
1 egg
30 ml milk
4 gr vanilla extract
250 gr flour
3 gr salt
2 gr baking soda
65 gr maraschino cherries
65 gr pecans
40 gr coconut

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar, butter, egg, milk and vanilla.

Combine flour, salt and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture.

Fold in cherries, pecans and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreasedbaking sheets. Bake at 190ÂșC or 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
