Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

280 gr firmly packed brown sugar
140 gr golden crisco shortening
4 gr vanilla
3 gr almond extract
1 egg
220 gr all purpose flour
3 gr salt
3 gr baking soda
240 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
140 gr maraschino cherries
5 cm

Instructions

to 10 minutes for chewy cookies, or 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to foil to cool completely. Makes About 3 Dozen Cookies ----
