Cherry Orange Chicken

Ingredients

1,600 gr chicken fryers
55 gr butter
220 gr brown sugar
1 gr orange peel
1 gr ginger
120 ml orange juice
1 dark sweet cherries

Instructions

-(1 Can) This is a simple and easy way to prepare chicken, one of the cheapest meats in the U.S. Yield: 8 Servings Place the cut up chicken in a large baking pan. Pour the melted butter over the chicken. Combine the brown sugar, orange peel, ginger, and orange juice, blending well, and pour over the chicken. Bake in a preheated 180ÂșC . oven for 45 minutes.
