Cherry Pecan Logs

Ingredients

30 ml evaporated milk
2 gr rum extract
500 gr confectioners sugar

Instructions

Combine milk and rum flavoring in mixing bowl. Add sugar and knead in cherries until smooth and shiny. Shape in 15 cm logs, roll in wax paper and chill. Combine caramels ( half lb.) and 3 tbs. evaporated milk. Heat over boiling water until melted, stirring often. Turn in pie pan. Roll logs in caramel mixture then in pecans. Roll in wax paper and chill.
