Cherry Spice Cake

Ingredients

75 gr packed dates
60 ml oil
2 eggs
180 ml unsweetened applesauce
220 gr wheat flour
16 gr lowfat soy flour
32 gr nonfat dry milk powder
8 gr cinnamon
14 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr salt

2 egg whites until stiff
