Chicken-mushroom Risotto
Ingredients
28 gr margarine
200 gr chicken breasts
1 onion
1 carrot
1 pepper
120 gr regular long rice
1 package cream of mushroom soup -campbells condensed
1 gr pepper
100 gr peas
2,800 ml saucepan over high heat
Instructions
chicken is no longer pink, rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. 5. Serve. Makes about 4- half cups or 4 servings.
