Chicken-thyme Stew With Sour Cream

Ingredients

some garlic
250 gr chicken breasts
5 ml olive oil
60 gr onion
8 gr flour
130 gr mushrooms
240 ml chicken broth
3 gr parsley
3 gr thyme
3 gr chicken seasoning
1 gr black pepper
60 ml nonfat sour cream
16 ml oil until but smokin the chicken
5 ml oil to the skille the onion

Instructions

NOTE: You can make this ahead of time, reserving the addition of the sour cream just before you serve it. I served this over cooked egg noodles, with French bread and chunky applesauce, and it was GREAT! Per serving ( 0.75 cup each): -20ÂșC at; 3 proteins; 1 vegetable; 30 optional calories.
