Chicken And Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

60 ml oil
55 gr butter
65 gr flour
240 ml milk
1 gr paprika
2 gr salt
2 gr pepper
1 gr rubbed sage
1,600 ml broiler-fryer chicken
1 gr thyme leaves
1 package condensed cream of chicken
1 l stalk celery
6 soft bread

-slices) Heat oil over medium heat in 25 cm skillet. Mix flour, paprika and quarter tsp. pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Cook chicken in oil over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in ungreased 2.5 quart casserole or square baking dish, 9x9x2 inch. Pour soup over chicken. Toss remaining ingredients. Mound mixture on chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Serves: 6
