Chicken Breasts With Spicy Rub

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
10 ml vegetable oil
12 gr cumin
14 gr paprika
28 gr brown sugar
8 gr black pepper
2 gr curry powder
2 gr cayenne
3 gr salt
1/2 five spice powderr
16 ml dijon mustard
16 ml wine vinegar
9 gr vegetable
2 garlic

Instructions

Pat chicken pieces dry. Combine ingredients for rub. Smear rub over bother sides of chicken; the more you use, the spicer it will be. Heat barbecue. Brush grill with 2 tablespoons oil. Place chicken on grill, skin side down. Cook over medium heat, about 10 to dozen minutes per side, until chicken is justed cooked through. (If heat is too high, coating will burn; if too low, cooking time will be a little longer).
