Chicken Cacciatore Meatballs

Ingredients

270 gr chicken
110 gr seasoned bread crumbs
20 gr parmesan cheese
2 eggs
3 gr parsley
1 gr basil
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
30 ml vegetable oil
1 chicken tonight cooking

Instructions

-Sauce for Chicken Cacciatore Hot, cooked spaghetti In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Form into 4 cm meatballs. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides in vegetable oil; drain fat. Add sauce. Simmer, covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. Serve over hot, cooked spaghetti.
