Ingredients
6 chicken breasts
7 slices ham
250 gr swiss cheese
1 egg
7 ml cooking oil
5 ml water
220 gr brown sugar
5 ml lemon juice
3 gr cornstarch
120 ml water
60 ml sherry
20 gr butter
1/4 thickness
40 gr swiss cheese
Instructions
6. Add sherry and butter. Serve hot over cooked chicken.
