Chicken Florentine

Ingredients

75 gr spinach
180 gr rice
300 ml cream of chicken soup
1 gr black pepper
6 slices chicken breast
1 gr garlic powder
1 swiss

Instructions

Mix together spinach, rice, soup and 0.125 tsp of the black pepper Spread in a greased 13 x 23 cm baking dish. Layer chicken pieces on top of spinach. Season with garlic powder and remaining black pepper. Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Bake @ 180ÂșC or 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
