Chicken Fried Steak And Grav

Ingredients

1,000 gr round steak
240 ml milk
130 gr flour
1 gr black pepper
1 gr salt
1 milk
4 fat
32 gr flour
950 ml milk

Instructions

Tenderize round steak. Dip in milk & then flour, salt & pepper to taste. Fry in deep fat at approcimately 190ÂșC . until golden brown. After steak is done, pour off fat leaving about 4 T in pan.
