Chicken Fried Steak And Gravy

Ingredients

1,000 gr round steak
240 ml milk
130 gr flour
12 gr black pepper
12 gr salt
1 milk
4 fat
32 gr flour
950 ml milk

Instructions

Tenderize round steak. Dip in milk and then flour, salt and pepper to taste.

Fry in deep fat at approcimately 190ÂșC . until golden brown. Aftersteak is done, pour off fat leaving about 4 T in pan. Add 4 T flour. Stiruntil smooth. Add 1 litre milk. Stir and cook until thickened for steak gravy.
