Chicken In Black Bean Sauce
Ingredients
270 gr chicken breasts
30 ml dry sherry
16 ml soy sauce
10 ml sesame oil
120 ml chicken stock
5 gr cornstarch
2 gr sugar
5 ml soy sauce
3 gr chili paste
16 ml vegetable oil
2 garlic
10 gr ginger
18 gr fermented black beans
550 gr microwaveable casserole
425 gr glass measure
Instructions
Drain liquid off chicken, pour black bean sauce over, stir and serve immediately.
