Chicken In Sour Cream

Ingredients

525 gr chicken breasts
110 gr butter
240 ml sour cream
120 ml sherry
1 gr rosemary
1/2 monsodium glutamte
3 gr salt
3 gr parsley
1 gr thyme
60 gr slivered almonds

Instructions

Sliced fresh mushrooms Brown chicken in butter in skillet. Place in casserole. Add sour cream & sherry (wine) to chicken drippings. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 mins. Pour mixture over chicken pieces. Bake 180ÂșC or 1 hour. Serve with white/wild rice. (I made this ahead of time, refrigerated it, & then baked ~ delish!)
