Chicken Madeira On Herbed Biscuits

Ingredients

400 gr chicken breast skind boned
16 ml cooking oil
2 garlic
375 gr quartered mushrooms
60 gr onion
240 ml low-cal sour cream
16 gr all purpose flour
240 ml skim milk
120 ml chicken broth
18 gr madeira
12 skillet cook chicken in oil over high heat
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 3/4 packaged biscuit mix
16 gr thinly green onion
120 ml skim milk
12 strokes
1/2 thickness
2 biscuit

Instructions

cutter, cut dough into dozen biscuits. Reroll the trimmings as necessary. Bake biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet in a 425 degree oven for about dozen minutes.
