Chicken Monterey

Ingredients

3 chicken breasts
10 ml salad oil
1 green onion
8 gr flour
475 ml milk
240 ml water
16 ml catsup
1 gr rosemary
1 bouillon cube
180 gr artichoke hearts
280 gr green beans
2 gr sal
12 skillet over high heat
3 casserole
2 drippings from skille in remaining drippings
2 gr salt

Instructions

Cover casserole; bake 30 minutes. Stir in artichoke hearts and green beans; bake 20 minutes longer or until chicken is fork-tender. Skim fat from sauce in
