Chicken Parmigiana 2

Ingredients

36 gr dry bread crumbs
3 gr parmesan cheese
3/4 italian seasoning
2 gr garlic powder
270 gr chicken breasts without
1 egg
230 ml tomato sauce
85 gr mozzarella cheese

Instructions

: shredded Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place chicken on a cookie sheet or jelly-roll pan. Bake in preheated 190ÂșC oven for 10 minutes. Turn chicken over; bake 10-12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Spoon tomato sauce over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over top.
