Chicken Piplaf

Ingredients

160 gr rice
1 onion soup mix
1 package cream of mushroom soup
350 ml boiling water
34 gr melted butter
4 chicken

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in an oven proof dish. Brush chicken with melted butte r and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange on top of casserole mixture. Cove r with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes until chicken is done.

Can be fixed ahead of time, and then baked.
