Chicken Prosciutto With Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
30 gr onion
30 ml dijon mustard
80 gr mushrooms
170 gr pkg broccoli
70 gr butter
32 gr flour
240 ml chicken broth
60 ml wine
60 gr swiss cheese
6 slices ham
70 gr butter
1/2 swiss cheese
9 baking
475 ml sauce over the broccoli
Instructions
and sprinkle with remaining swiss cheese, and paprika. Bake an additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
