Chicken& Rice Skillet

Ingredients

270 gr skinned
3/4 wide
1 gr salt
16 ml olive oil
130 gr sweet
1 slice sweet pepper cored
2 garlic
120 gr long rice
475 ml chicken stock
3 tomatoes
2 gr cumin
2 gr thyme
200 gr peas
8 slices black
12 nonstick skillet
1 gr salt

Instructions

using to the skillet and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the peas are tender and the chicken and sausage are heated through. Serve with a green salad. Serves 4.
