Chicken Salad With Lemon, Raisins And Croutons

Ingredients

270 gr chicken breasts
2 stalks celery
55 gr golden raisins
1 lemon
6 romaine leaves
6 radicchio leaves
10 ml lemon juice
5 ml olive oil
120 ml nonfat yogurt
80 ml mayonnaise
30 ml lemon juice
10 ml dijon-style country mustard
10 ml honey
3 gr rosemary leaves
1 gr salt
3 sprays
3 times
350 degree oven about
10 ml lemon juice

Instructions

teaspoon olive oil. Tear the lettuce into small pieces and toss with the lemon-oil mixture. Divide between plates and top with the chicken salad. Garnish with the croutons. Note: If radicchio is unavailable or too expensive, substitute red leaf lettuce.
