Chicken Stew

Ingredients

525 gr chicken breasts
2 packages fat-free chicken broth
450 gr potatoes
120 gr onion
100 gr celery
130 gr carrots
2 gr paprika
1 gr pepper
1 gr rubbed sage
1 gr thyme
95 gr no-salt-added tomato paste
60 ml water
24 gr cornstarch

Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients; cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Mix water and cornstarch until smooth; stir into stew. Cook, covered, 30 minutes more or until the vegetables are tender.
