Chicken & Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

1 package instant chicken stuffing
95 gr carrot
60 gr onion
50 gr celery
1 package mushroom soup
80 ml milk
1 gr parsley
6 chicken breasts
2 gr paprika

Instructions

Heat oven to 200ÂșC . Prepare stuffing mix according to directions but addvegetables and seasoning packet. Combine soup, milk and parsley, set asideArrange stuffing across center of 3 litre baking dish, Spoon small amount ofmixture on bottom of casserole on either side of stuffing. Arrange chickenbreasts on soup mix, overlap if necessary. Sprinkle with paprika. Pourremaining soup mixture over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 15 min.

Uncover and bake another 10 15 minutes. Stir sauce before serving.
