Chicken Tequila
Ingredients
some olive oil simmer the chicken breasts in the stock
240 ml strong chicken stock
170 gr tomatoes
3 garlic
2 chicken breasts
1/2 tequila
1 ml juice from two limes
3 gr chili powder
2 gr cumin
Instructions
becomes too thick, add the chicken stock. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil or parsley leaves.
