Chicken V�ronique
Ingredients
some pepper
45 gr butter
22 ml vegetable oil
6 chicken breast
120 ml dry wine
350 ml cream
3/4 seedless green grapes
Instructions
2.) Stir cream into pan. Boil, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Add chicken and grapes. Heat through.
