4 chicken breast without skin 75 ml lemon juice 45 ml soy sauce 30 ml balsamic vinegar 4 gr basil 2 garlic 1 gr black pepper 16 arugula leaves
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except cheese.Marinate overnight. Grill on one side for 4 minutes. Turn over and add crumbled cheese and contine to cook until cheese melts and chicken is cooked. Serve over a bed of arugula.
