Chicken With Cashew Curried Stir Fry.

Ingredients

45 ml oil
3 garlic
8 gr curry paste
16 ml chili paste in bean oil
270 gr chicken breast
30 ml fish sauce
60 gr cashew nu
2 slices stems green onions

Instructions

-into small bits. Heat wok briefly. Add oil, coat sides of wok, then add garlic curry paste, and chili paste and cook until garlic starts to brown Add chicken and raise heat, and cook until chicken is done. Add the fish sauce and onion, and stir to blend. Remove from heat, and add cashews.
