Chicken With Honey Oct1997

Ingredients

some juice
800 gr chicken parts
240 ml honey
60 ml mustard
24 gr flour
1 lemon oil

Instructions

1. Wash chicken well with lemon and rinse it in water

2. Sprinkle with plenty of salt and refrigerate 4 hours

3. Stir together rest of ingredients except oil

4. Pre heat oven to 400

5. Oil a pyrex just large enough to hold chicken pieces

6. Coat chicken with mixture and bake uncovered 45 to 50 minutes.
