Chicken With Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

4 chicken legs
60 ml lemon juice
30 ml olive oil
2 gr oregano
1 gr basil
6 gr garlic powder
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
240 ml water
8 gr cornstarch
1 package mushroom gravy
4 drain
2 gr onion
2 gr parsley

Instructions

Place chicken in a roasting pan. In small bowl, comnbine lemon juice, oil & seasonings. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375 deg for 45 min ir til lightly browned. Turm chicken twice & baste occasionly. Remove from oven. For the gravy, combine water & cornstarch in pan. Stir in remaining ingredients & bring to boil over med heat. Spoon over chicken. Cover loosely with foil./ Bake, basting frequently for 1 hour or til chicken is tender. 4 P, 1.5 F, 1 V, half B
