Chile Corn Bake

Ingredients

250 gr cornmeal
240 ml milk
4 eggs
9 gr baking powder
3 gr salt
270 gr peppers
230 gr cheddar cheese

Instructions

-(4 oz.) x Sour cream and/or sliced -green onions (scallions), -for garnish In medium bowl, mix cornmeal, milk, eggs, baking powder and salt until well blended. Stir in corn, red peppers, chiles and cheese. Pour into lightly greased 13x 9x 5 cm baking pan. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 40 minutes or until firm. Cool slightly. Serve hot topped with sour cream and green onions, if desired.
