Chiles In Walnut Sauce

Ingredients

8 pablano chiles
450 gr beef
30 gr onion
300 gr tomatoes
1 apple
1 slice banana
1 jalapeno chile
1 clove garlic
170 gr raisins
40 gr almonds
18 gr green olives
9 gr capers
2 gr cinnamon
1 gr salt
1 gr cumin seed
1 gr oregano
1 gr pepper
4 eggs
1 flour
120 gr walnuts
240 ml dairy sour cream
120 ml chicken broth

Instructions
