Chili-Spicy Pork

Ingredients

260 gr pork
2 onions
40 milliliters garlic
2 pepper
100 gr celery
2 cans tomatoes
14 1/2 cans
1 package beans
1 package tomato paste
180 ml water
8 gr sugar brown
2 gr oregano
3 gr chili powder
1 gr pepper flakes
1 gr cayenne pepper

Instructions

ds Hot pepper sauce In a Dutch oven, brown pork and onions until pork is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the garlic, peppers and celery. Cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Makes about 2.5 quarts.
