Chili Verde Stew

Ingredients

19,400 gr pork
12,700 gr green chili peppers
550 ml vegetable oil
24,800 gr corn kernels
35,500 ml chicken broth
150 gr cumin
75 stalks celery w
75 potatoes
75 tomatoes

Instructions

Lightly brown the pork cubes in oil in a Dutch oven or deep skillet over medium high heat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover. Simmer for 1 hour.
