1,400 gr beef 1,400 ml water 1 bay leaf 34 gr garlic 6 gr salt 2 gr oregano 1 gr cayenne 14 gr paprika 2 gr cumin powder 250 gr dry navy beans 5 gr brown sugar 8 gr chili powder
Instructions
Brown beef thoroughly. Add all remaining ingrdients and cook over low flame for 4 hours. Add more water if mixture becomes too thick. This is a mild, slightly sweet chili.
