China Pepper Steak

Ingredients

260 gr round steak
2 slices green pepper
2 tomatoes
4 onions
20 ml soy sauce
1 bean sprout
55 gr butter
2 gr sugar
1 gr cornstarch
1 garlic
1 gr pepper
1 gr salt
10 ml water

Instructions

Slice steak thinly in short crosswise pieces. Heat butter in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef and brown on both sides. Add soy sauce and sugar; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Dissolve corn starch in water and stir in. Stir until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with onions and serve on rice.
