Chinese Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
25 mushrooms
140 ml water
3 green onions
1 stalk celery
3 gr cornstarch
10 ml rice wine
5 ml soy sauce
2 ml hoi sin sauce
1 egg
700 ml vegetable oil
130 gr all purpose flour
65 gr cornstarch
7 gr baking powder
2 gr salt
120 ml milk
8 mushrooms at a time in oil until golden
Instructions
in milk and water. Yield: 2 dozen
