Chipits Polka Dot Shortbread

Ingredients

230 gr butter
100 gr fine granulated sugar
220 gr all purpose flour
32 gr rice flour
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar using electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread into bottom of 13x9-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 140ÂșC (140C) for 45 minutes or until lightly golden around edges. Cut into bars. Cool.
