Chippotle Mussels With Orange Mayonnaise
Ingredients
4 mussels
26 gr garlic
1 zest
2 oranges
4 chippotle chiles
950 ml water
45 ml olive oil
120 ml orange juice
15 sprigs of cilantro
1 egg yolk
240 ml virgin olive oil
1 orange zest
16 ml lime juice
18 gr cilantro
1/2 oil
1 tbls of orange mayonnaise
Instructions
