Choc-oat-chip Cookies

Ingredients

230 gr margarine
280 gr brown sugar
100 gr granulated sugar
2 eggs
30 ml milk
9 gr vanilla
220 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
400 gr oats
230 gr chocolate chips
1 pkg
140 gr nuts

Instructions

Heat oven to 190ÂșC degrees. Beat margarine and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and nuts; mix well. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes for a chewy cookie or dozen to 13 minutes for a crisp cookie. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
