Choco-lato Cheesecake

Ingredients

400 gr chocolate wafers
75 gr butter
6 gr granulated sugar
2 sweet chocolate
450 ml cream cheese
4 eggs
100 gr sugar

Instructions

A dash salt Chocolate cookies; for -garnish Mint leaves; for garnish Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine melted butter, cookie crumbs and sugar well. Press crumb mixture into bottom of an 20 cm round spring form pan. Melt chocolate in baggie on stove top by submerging it into hot water, or buy already melted. Micro-cook cream cheese on a plate at medium-high to soften. Combine cream cheese, melted chocolate, eggs, sugar and salt thoroughly. Pour mixture over prebaked crust.
