Choco-mint Brownies

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
120 ml canola oil
2 eggs
4 gr vanilla extract
95 gr self rising flour
1 gr peppermint extract
60 gr walnuts
32 gr cocoa

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until all of the ingredients are well blended. Pour into a buttered and floured 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Bake on top rack of a 160ÂșC oven for 30 to 35 min, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to coll completely before cutting. NOTE: If using a glass baking dish reduce heat to 300 deg.F to prevent burning. source: this is a combination of several recipes, and some trial and error.
