Choco Banana Peanut Cookies

Ingredients

220 gr brown sugar
170 gr peanut butter
110 gr shortening
110 gr banana
2 eggs
130 gr all purpose flour
130 gr wheat flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
300 gr chipits semisweet
1 chocolate chips
100 gr peanuts
1 coarsely

Instructions

With fork beat together sugar, peanut butter and shortening until well blended. Stir in banana and eggs; blend.well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoon measure onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in 180ºC (180C) oven dozen to 15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Cool. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 4 dozen. NOTE: Cookies freeze well.
