Ingredients

160 gr unsweetened chocolate
250 gr cake flour
300 gr sugar
300 ml buttermilk
95 gr shortening
7 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
8 gr vanilla
2 gr baking powder
3 eggs
120 gr flaked coconut
240 ml cream
240 ml evaporated milk
110 gr brown sugar
110 gr butter
3 egg yolks
240 gr walnuts
9 round cake
950 ml saucepan over low heat

1/2 cream

Instructions

another cake layer; spread w/ remaining filling. Top w/ last layer ; spread w/ remaining cream. ** Filling: In 3 litre saucepan over med. heat, heat 1 c. evaporated milk, half c. packed br. sugar, half c.butter, 2 oz. unsweet. choc. & 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten, until choc. melts & mixture will coat a spoon, about 10 min., stirring often (don't bring to a boilor it will curdle). Remove from heat;stir in 2 c. chopped walnuts & 1 tsp. vanilla. Cool until thick enough to spread, stirring occasionally. Rose Nape ----
