Chocolate

Ingredients

130 gr all purpose flour
1 orange zest
2 gr salt
1 stick butter
5 ml orange juice
26 gr confectioners sugar
190 gr fine-quality bittersweet chocolate
13 by
12 rectangle
4 heart-shaped cutter dipped in flour
1 in a double boiler
1/2 top side of cookie

Instructions

Chill cookies until chocolate is hardened. Cookies keep chilled, in an airtight container, 4 days. About l2 cookies. Yum!
