190 gr flour
22 gr unsweetened cocoa
1 gr salt
18 gr butter
90 gr sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 gr vanilla
3/8 raspberry preserves
4 gr powdered sugar
350 degree oven about
3 additions
1 balls
2 ungreased baking
1/4 measuring spoon
350 degree oven

Instructions

serving, sift the powdered sugar lightly over the cookies. NOTES : The cookies can be frozen without the powdered sugar. Defrost and dust with the sugar just before serving. ----
