425 gr dark brown sugar
190 gr bittersweet
65 gr butter
110 ml cream cheese
4 eggs
170 gr purchased prune butter
50 gr butter
450 gr bittersweet
90 ml orange juice concentrate candied fruit peel
1,800 gr angel food cake
190 gr chocolate in processor
1 at a time
1/4 dry ingredien mix in fruit mixture
3 additions
3 weeks
